Administrative & Analytics Specialist
Location: Austin, TX, Remote
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000

Point 600 is ready to welcome an administrative and analytics specialist to our growing team. This person will perform a hybrid role; they will be responsible for administrative and executive assistant duties, including supporting invoicing, calendar management, travel and business operations. They would become exposed to data analysis, trend recognition, insight development, and client service with a path toward promotion into a fully client-service oriented role. How you will make a difference at Point 600:
Administrative and Executive Assistant Responsibilities

Organize and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel on behalf of Point 600 leadership

Plan meetings and take and distribute detailed meeting summaries
-
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
-
Maintain contact lists
-
Compile and distribute client invoices
-
Work with our accounting team to organize, submit, and reconcile expenses and expense reports
-
Support event planning

Analyst Responsibilities
-
Provide support in data entry, chart creation in Microsoft Office
-
Aid in conducting primary and secondary research, including social media listening using media monitoring software, surveys, and online research
-
Summarize insights and recommendations from qualitative and quantitative research
-
Assist in the creation of analytical deliverables. Analysis may include gap analysis, reputation analysis, media analysis, and process analysis.

Support in quality control for internal and client-facing deliverables. This includes, but is not limited to, proof reading, formatting, and data evaluation and cleanup

Use Microsoft 365 tools (word, Excel, PowerPoint) to create agendas and discussion guides for meetings, capture key points from meetings

What you need:

Superb organizational skills, particularly able to manage multiple project or workstreams at once

Proven experience in project management, executive assisting or account management

Strong client or customer relationship skills

A very high degree of proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work

Excellent communication skills, especially in writing, editing, and summarizing

To be a curious and proactive problem solver

Personal, work, volunteer, or educational experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, Account Manager, AND/OR in corporate communications or marketing

Personal, work, volunteer, or educational experience with social media, especially social media analytics

Personal, work, volunteer, or educational experience with databases or coding
-
Python, SQL are helpful, but not required

Experience with statistical or research methods, including qualitative methods or quantitative methods, including surveys, focus groups, lived-experience data and numerical data

Internet Access: Point 600 will provide a monthly stipend for internet access.

Working Environment: This role is remote (work-from-home,) however, Point 600 will work with you to provide working space if needed.
